Btech became another degree these days, ask your cousin for his interests and pursue on his field… unfortunately every engg kid wants to be an IT guy but that’s not the reality…. I know few people who did IT in btech and working in sales, banking and also as teachers… we are at a place where surplus of engineers but no demand.

Heavy machinery operator (JCB, Crane etc) ki chala demand undhi. Line of work lo set aithe, sontha equipment konukuni sub contract chesukovachu. Central government infra spending chala chesthundhi kabatti bane vasthayi.

Pursue law and become a corporate lawyer. This will be a great prospect in future in my opinion.
