H.R. 875, officially titled the "Jeremy and Angel Seay and Sergeant Brandon Mendoza Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act of 2025," is a federal immigration bill that would make driving while intoxicated or impaired grounds for both barring non-U.S. nationals from admission to the United States and for deportation

The bill was introduced by Rep. Barry Moore (R-AL-1) on January 31, 2025, and passed the House of Representatives on June 26, 2025, by a vote of 246-160. It is currently pending in the Senate Judiciary Committee after being received on June 27, 2025

Actually it is good rule .. dui shud be made as crime .. becos not only the one’s that are driving ,. But they are also risking others lives .. e immigration lafda laskor Antha secondary .. a life matters the most 

if u are drunk .. get a cab and go .. don’t drive .. period
