I am telling tier 2 companies also) Its insanely hard infact impossible to get an FT with visa sponsorship now even with above average skills. The team should feel like "veedu lekapote manaki kastam" types.. which is very unlikely Try to get a better billing C2C or do 2 jobs.. 1 Quote
