1. Banks dont share anything expect if ach amount is available or not.

2. You can give any account..companies will give company accounts not personal one

One time Obama himself said we can't expect to have security and lenience at the same time. Even if the attorney companies or employers start using separate accounts, they can still data mine for intel. First I used to think all people are the same and everyone deserves a second chance. Who hasn't done nasty things in their younger days etc, but times have evolved.
