Konebhar6 Posted September 1 Report Posted September 1 For companies in East coast, India works pretty well. But for West coast, the overlap in timings is not great. A lot of companies have started nearshore. Brazil and other South American countries. Guess what? There is a huge language barrier. So again opportunities are open for Indians to be hired there. A lot of people in H1B are given these options by WITCH companies. Those who do not want to take these, there are always people from India who want to go oversear and take better pay. These are just negotiating tactics and US did not expect India to standoff this hard. Lets see how the drama unfolds. Quote
