For Indian cooking which oil do you suggest

 

Some of the worst inflammatory oils are:

  • Corn oil
  • Soybean oil
  • Sunflower oil
  • Safflower oil
  • Canola oil
  • Any hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil

Sunflower oil is good anna cheap ga 15$ ki 15 litres vastunhi pakodi, bhajjis , fry curries baguntundhi

Been using for a year. It’s good, tried a couple other brands but we like this.

We use 4 Oils to cook Indian curries

Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and Canola oil..

Maarchi Maarchi vaadutham ive..

What I read and understood from past few years is, Any single oil usage is not good for body..okko oil tho okko advantage/disadvantage undhi..

Mostly olive oil for regular cooking

sunflower/veg oil for deep fried stuff.
