Konebhar6 Posted September 4 Report Posted September 4 We alternate between canola and vegetable oil for deep frying. Mustard oil for non-veg. sesame oil for Thai dishes. Olive/Avacado oil for salads. In the end it does not matter. None of us know how it impacts unless you are tracking regularly. Make sure your cholesterol is low. Get it around 150 Quote
