Konebhar6 Posted September 4 Report Posted September 4 There are always two sides. In my company, we hired 4 fresh graduates (citizens) who did their internship with us last 2 yrs in AI space. Cheap salaries, new ideas, excellent comm skills. It’s very difficult for immigrant new graduates or OPTs. Better for them to go back and look for opportunities there. Someone I know, is a fresh citizen graduate with a big tech company pant and worried about layoff now. Her whole dept is getting sacked it seems. 2 Quote
