All GCs in us from H1B are COS only. Only citizen spouses apply for immigrant visa from India. They already do interview in India anyway, so nothing new.

COS ki DoS interview cheyyadu bai, its USCIS that does interviews for those within the country and applying for gc via COS (not consular processing). Both r not the same....one is DHS and the other is DoS.

I was talking us shitizen already us lo vunna vallani marriage cheskunte.anyway nothing impact India GC applications ki but only visa stamping ki rod anthe

Then also they need to do interview in India even before unless COS cases. No change to i485 yet.
