For these kind of business you should look short term. Longterm lo chuda daniki edhi rocket science kadhu. Profits baga unnai ante one week lo electricity dept ke bribe chesi aeina ne pakkane 100 charging stations open chestharu.

for now target metro cities. Your profits should be from day 1. From day 2 other people will start getting into this business seeing ur profit.

Yes. It coats about 10-12 lakhs to set up one fast charge station. Not at an individual and retail scale but with funding, implement at a larger scale and enough capital to expand. 
 

The thing is, you will not make money when you sell electricity to charge the car but on the whole, collaboration with EV companies, green crusaders, and b2b can get you decent returns. Build a network and sell it..

In India it is not good Kaka.. too much competition when people see you are making money there would be another next to you... do a business where the profit is not visible to the people.. for example start a small chain of hotels (just 100SqFt room is sufficient) where foot fall is very low but online presence is more. When the order comes in forward it to nearest delivery point.
