Capitalism pokadalanni....He did the same with engineering colleges back in the 90's. University campuses lo 8k vundedi, private colleges lo fee 22k vundedi...there was some resistance with increasing private engineering colleges, but look what it did now. Telugu states lo almost every household has an engineer. Quote
