Unfortunately, there isn’t a V8 engine option this time around. The IS 350 continues with a conventional gasoline mill (311-horsepower 3.5-liter V6), paired with either rear- or all-wheel drive and 8-speed or 6-speed automatics. The IS 300h carries on with hybrid technology (2.5-liter four-pot + electric motor) using a CVT and a rear-wheel-drive layout, for a combined output of 220 hp. Quote
