This is the time to negotiate and lock the home if you are looking to buy home. Currently lenders offering ARM plans for 5.5% APR which makes housing affordable. Low Interest rate and Home price reductions happened since last couple of years is great combination to jump back into Housing market.. All the best ... Laggethandehey. Finally u decided the to go date Quote

Inflation is increasing and rate cuts are going to happen. But Mortgage rates may not come down putting pressure on realtors to decrease prices. However Govt will intervene and announce a package. Also there is still a lot of demand for homes, just not at these high prices. Nov - Mar perfect time to buy. Every place is different. Study local dynamics and mature markets are the best ones to purchase. Calculate cash flow based on current rents and increased rents (best case if inflation increases) or decresed rents (worst case if recession is imminent). See if the numbers make sense. Be prepared to add 1-2 more if prices further reduce. Personally, I would prefer stock markets. April gave such good opportunities, looking for good opportunities this Q4 as well. Quote

Interest rates will be back to low 5% range.. It will increase the momentum.. What is say is negotiate a better deal and buy because no one is buying homes and interest is softened now. problem entate.. konakapothey evadu konadu.. okadu start chestey andaru yegabadipotharu manollu..
