• అమరావతి నిర్మాణం రాష్ట్రానికి తలకు మించిన భారమన్న సజ్జల
• ప్రస్తుత ప్రాంతంలో నిర్మాణం ఖర్చు లక్షల కోట్లకు చేరనుందని వెల్లడి
• దీనికి బదులుగా విజయవాడ-గుంటూరు మధ్య రాజధాని కట్టాలని సూచన
• ఇదే శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం, ఖర్చు కూడా తగ్గుతుందని స్పష్టీకరణ
• చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం వాస్తవాలు గ్రహించి నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలని హితవు

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాజధాని అమరావతి నిర్మాణంపై వైసీపీ తమ వైఖరిని మరోసారి స్పష్టం చేసింది. అమరావతిని ప్రస్తుత ప్రదేశంలో నిర్మించడం రాష్ట్రానికి ఆర్థికంగా పెనుభారమని, ఇది ఆచరణ సాధ్యం కాదని పేర్కొంది. దీనికి బదులుగా, విజయవాడ-గుంటూరు నగరాల మధ్య రాజధానిని నిర్మిస్తే రాష్ట్రానికి మేలు జరుగుతుందని, శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం లభిస్తుందని ప్రభుత్వానికి కీలక సూచన చేసింది.

వైసీపీ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సజ్జల రామకృష్ణారెడ్డి శుక్రవారం నాడు మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ, అమరావతి నిర్మాణంపై చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం అనుసరిస్తున్న తీరును విమర్శించారు. "అమరావతి ప్రాంతం నదీ గర్భంలా ఉంది. అక్కడ భవనాలు కట్టాలంటే పునాదుల కోసమే వందల అడుగుల లోతుకు వెళ్లాలి. దీనివల్ల నిర్మాణం ఖర్చు తలకు మించిన భారంగా మారి, రాష్ట్రాన్ని లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పుల ఊబిలోకి నెడుతుంది" అని ఆయన ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. చంద్రబాబు తన రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారం కోసం రాష్ట్రాన్ని పణంగా పెట్టారని ఆరోపించారు.

ఈ ఆర్థిక భారం నుంచి రాష్ట్రాన్ని కాపాడేందుకే జగన్ ఆచరణాత్మకమైన సలహా ఇస్తున్నారని సజ్జల తెలిపారు. "విజయవాడ-గుంటూరు మధ్య రాజధానిని నిర్మిస్తే ఖర్చు గణనీయంగా తగ్గుతుంది. మచిలీపట్నం పోర్టు, ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డుతో అనుసంధానం వల్ల ఆ ప్రాంతం ఒక మహానగరంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందడానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది" అని ఆయన వివరించారు.

ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికైనా వాస్తవికంగా ఆలోచించి, రాష్ట్రాన్ని అప్పులపాలు చేయకుండా ఈ పరిష్కారాన్ని స్వీకరించాలని సజ్జల కోరారు. ప్రభుత్వం మొండిగా ముందుకు వెళితే, రాష్ట్ర సమగ్రాభివృద్ధి కోసం మళ్లీ కొత్త ఆలోచనలు చేయాల్సి వస్తుందని, వికేంద్రీకరణ వంటివి మరో రూపంలో తెరపైకి వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని పరోక్షంగా హెచ్చరించారు. రాజధాని భవిష్యత్తుపై తుది నిర్ణయం చంద్రబాబు చేతుల్లోనే ఉందని... రాష్ట్రాన్ని కాపాడతారో, లేదో ఆయనే తేల్చుకోవాలని సజ్జల వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

Which private company will invest that money? Even if they do, how much they charge for toll gate fees for that Ring road which will not attract Nation wide traffic but only regional traffic..

its the project cost...estimation will include the land acquisition as well...who confirmed you that it will be separate?

What about recovery? Interest rates?

It will take 20-30 years to recover investment costs and during the while time the private company will keep charging the customers

adi private company problem,,,if its not viable then they dont invest...madhyalo nee badha endi?
