Also, What if these filing dates retrogress in 3 months? Is it a possibility to retrogress again?

These numbers are more realistic. Most of the 2013 and 2014 PD applicants have already filed and waiting for their dates to become current. For e.g. Oct 2024 bulletin provided DoF for EB2 as 01Jan13....and if you look in Sep 25 bulletin, the final action date is 01Jan 13. They were able to project this date correctly back in Oct 2024. Same with this bulletin as well.

@DonnyStrumpet minting money for attorneys was over back in 2022, thats how ulfa rahul teddy became famous and rich. Now its a wait game for all. I dont think these dates would retrogress. Eb1 is an anomaly in the data prediction as many new filings are coming up from 2015 and later PD's upgrading to EB1A by spending more and more money.
