ROW has a 2023 date for both EB2 and EB3 meaning no horizontal spillover and EB1 is not current across the board meaning no vertical spillover. In conclusion, EB2 and Eb3 India get 2803 each per year. Total pending Eb2 from 2013 alone is 9,803, and 2014 is 17,290. Add 25% to these numbers as many have missed the boat when the dates were current back in 2022.
