My priority date is feb 2015 ..came for masters and working since 14 years in usa without any breaks   . Somehow lost motivation these days  and extra recent immigration issues causing more stress and losing interest on daily job . recent ga got some hopes again due to dates movement .

I know it’s very frustrating but don’t pay too much attention as long as your visa is being renewed without any issues…. Dust will settle down in a year or two…. Keep yourself busy with work physical activity or sports

As long as your h1 renewing/stamping. Don't even think!read about any GC or immigration artifles. It creates lot of deviation from life.

Keep it like, these topics are not cup of your tea.

You may get ead in coming couple!few years.

Dude, we just find reasons for our failures. Raasistunna chudu. almost 99% people do not change even after Green Card.. if your dreams are real, you still can achieve those.. Couples ki idi added advantage.. sit down and talk.. either you or spouse take a chance while other plays an anchor role.. You are a couple remember.. i did the same and from the support of my wife, nenu anni aatalu aadutunna.. GC ragaane edo maripotundi ani complain chestu kurchokandi..

 to burst your bubble only 25% PD2014 folks got GC and 70% of 2013 folks got GC(based on a popular telegram group with 25K I485 applicants).Since they are giving only 2500 GC under each of EB2 and EB3 including dependents and no spillover possible, It might take minimum 8 years for you even to get a EAD.For reference PD was stuck at 2010 for 12 years in the past.First 2013/2014 folks have to be cleared.Even if you get EAD it is of no use since attorneys suggest to still keep H1b status for safety.With the way AI is advancing not sure if all of us will have IT jobs after 5 years.

Jobs will be gone I understand but since we are very close atleast EAD helps to travel and job flexibility since they are approving for 5 years .

Life will not change much after a GC. You will still have to work…

I agree the fact that we have to work after GC. But at-least GC will open many doors

2005 lo vachina bro. I got it in 2022. It took 17 years. I am not saying everyone has to go through it.

My anticipation is EAD you might get in 2-3 years. Green card 5 years ani my guess.

Only part of it is correct anna.  But if you have experience and can crack interview you can earn lot more and more importantly peace of mind. especially in trump era.
