toxic place is relative bro. you can find those people everywhere. I had similar problem. All I learnt is to move on.

What if they poke you all day. I am in a situation where i cant switch easily with 02/2025 PD and not able to find a better opportunity in this market. Workplace is so toxic

bro.dont give false hope.you got GC due to COVID spill over 2021-2022.There will be no more spillover going forward.And there are still lot of applicants remaining in 2013/2014.Also check number of I140s in 2015.It is a highest number in 2000-2015 period.Remember it took 12 years just to clear 2010 PD.COVID time frame is just an exception

How frequently do you want to switch jobs ? Like once a year, twice a year ? I haven’t seen many GC holders switching jobs frequently…

The whole point of GC is an assurance that this is your new world and this is where you gonna spend rest of your life and plan accordingly….

Yeah people got GC for many reasons. 1. Bush 2. 2008 crisis 3. Obama 4. covid. Spill over concept was not there before.

eb3 india lane kaliga undhi anna.  When they move filing dates. they moved 2-3 years historically example  like once we hit 2015 dec the dates will be moved to 2017 and retrogressed.

but your state of mind will change kaka...esp in this era of layoffs, coz its a mental tension to get an interview, crack it, file lca and then filing a transfer within 60 days.

Like I said, that’s the only thing that will change…uncertainty and visa hassles. If you get your GC in early 30’s, there is a lot we can do but 40 tarvata GC vasthe peddaga peekedi emi ledu, retirement ki plan chesukovadam thappa

no, there are many doors that will open, esp govt projects, W2 contract roles, many companies that dont sponsor h1bs, secret sec clearence roles, talent unte dunnukovacchu, inka nuvvu cheppina statergy scrap ki vartistundi, emi cheyyaleru, ekkadiki travel cheyyaru intla kursune batch ki edi ina okkate..
