I can skip bf and take lunch at 12:00 but evening 5 ki super hungry and since both working dinner late avuthundi. So 5 ki addamaina chetha thinesthunna. Quote

Coconut Posted September 15 Report Posted September 15 my diet is Morning Water, Coffee with no sugar(I use zero calories sweetener), boiled eggs or Omlette, side of frozen broccoli from Sams or refried beans with oil and red chilies Lunch....Any meat without breading..Wingstop lemon pepper wings, Buffallo Hot, steak, scrambled eggs, Rosetteri Chicken from Safe Way, Salmon, Shrimp, Chicken from El pollo Loco, Chiptotle(Veggeis, Chicken, Lettece, Sour Cream and Side of Vinegrette), bunless(protein style) burgers from In and Out, Grilled Chicken Salad from Culver or Chicfila a, Cauliflower Rice Dinner.. No food after 7PM... Sat and Sun are cheat Days.. Tandoori Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Paneer, Goat Fry or Goat Curry with Zero Net Carbs Tortilla from Walmart 1 Quote

Lose your weight naturally by eating right and working out. You can eat anything as long as you have control on the portions.
