wow. the original chutney review from customer wasn't even mildly rude. not sure why the restaurant owner had to resort to such cheap shaming. Probably a gen Z owner who got this restaurant as a hands down. No one with even 1% of business acumen would start shaming their customers as such. 

 

I have seen many business which were carefully crafted by generations with great customer service and retention, only to have gone to pieces in this generation (with rude current gen z or millennial ownership). They have no clue how hard it is to have a loyal customer base and nurture them over the years(   retail places , garments, provision stores, gold shops etc).
