Fed interest rate cuts won't change mortgage rates. It is bonds that dictate them.

Yes 10-yr treasury yield determines the Mortgage rates. They have dropped below 4 for the first time in recent times. Hence the drop in mortgage rates. 

We have to keep an eye on Inflation and also how these bond auctions are going on. Last time April bond auction -> There was no demand to buy, hence the prices dropped increasing yields.

Idhi antha 2008 deja vu lo play avuthunattu undhi. Bond yield as of now bane unna, it's possible that mortgage market slump loki  povachu credit tighten chesthe, and fed cutting plus tariffs means inflation can keep crawling up. Yield taggadam start avthe, money will move to "🪙" as a hedge. 

This may also happen as Trump Tatah and fed devalue dollar and then try to dump US debt into crypto.

Lockers ekkada nunchi techukovali? Do you know how hard to find a locker? I am happy renter, no idea about Kalevala and gochi. I see most people waiting for reduced % to refin
