Saw linkedin post. You might have differences with 1 or 2 coworkers but here the guy have differences with everyone from roommates to employer to client. He has options to moveout to a different apartment, different company all these years, he was not a slave. You cannot confornt everyone and if they dont agree or provide suggestions. Some times you have to move-on rather than blame everyone.

Looks he gets agigated and overthink if things were not according to what he wished. For example with the expense reports incident I found it silly, he dragged it for months by providing unrealistic ideas and complicated.

He should have consulted a therapist.

Yes, basically he is complaining on everyone and everything.  I dont know how his employer and client tolerated all these years before eventually terminating him. Small thing happens he should haved moved on.

Yeah,  problem unte okkadi tho untadi prathi okkadi tho godava ante maybe vaanilone edo issue undi. Also, we don't know the other side of the story from their team/roommates so can't say who's right.

People with narcissistic behavior suck energy out of others - i am right always, not respecting others opinion and brushing them off, constantly fighting with everyone, no negotiating or diplomatic skills. Some of them are good at what they do, but are difficult to deal with. Their tone and how they convey their message also matters. I would rather avoid them than be associated with them.

when you prove they are wrong - they think a simple  chorry is enuf, not realizing bridges have been burnt.
