So it all depends on the project being selected for EB5. EB5 itself has below categories.

High Unemployment (10%, including NH, RH)

Eb5 lo return chances unnay. But there is lot of fraud. This is risk free

Meeru mee aathram…kinda meeda padda no country can cross 7% as per INA. Giving gc’s beyond this limit requires congressional approval.
