There were no airport , orr , pvnr expressway and iit in 2004 . Airport concession agreement was signed in december 2004 , construction started in 2005 may and opened in march 2008 . ORR land acquisition from 2004 to06 , construction started in 2006 and opened in November 2008 . Pvnr expressway opened in 2009 , iit in 2008 . The it exports were 5000crore in 2004 and 29000 crore in 2009 and 3 . 1 lakh crore today . Thank you Rajasekhar Reddy gaaru .

Andhra has many cities with good foundation like vizag ,vjy , tirupati ,Nellore ,guntur ,kurnool,kadapa,kakinada,atp,rajamundry but this real estate scammer ignored all these and want to establish a greenfield city.
