new H1b can’t enter 10 days before Oct 1 which is Sep 21 and this new proclamation takes effect Sep 21 12am

baaga pakadbandi ga plan chesaru to stop this years inflow but unfortunately existing h1b outside US are affected as well

Circuit courts interference is severely limited due to TRUMP VS CASA decision by SCOTUS. Also, Courts can't strike it down easily as the trial takes a lot of time. What they usually do is to issue a "nation wide" injunction. Andhuke kadha Tatah, SCOTUS tho cheppinchadu, lower courts ki "nation wide" injunction iche bomma ledhu ani. Tatah lower judiciary ki tail cuttings cheyinchadu.

You will see more of wage making rules being applied to new H1Bs and then for renewals as well. This should cut down the backlog too at some point of time.
