Officially H1b travel ban begins

It takes Atleast 1 hour to board a flight, 8 hours to cross ocean and 1 hour to clear immigration.

Unless you are already  enroute, the travel ban has begun.

I think Third country H-1B stamping is not banned...it was banned for different visa categories not for H-1B
