For a new H1B petition, the employer must file Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

renewals r technically cap-exempt petitions that were previously under cap. I-129 form lo ee option vuntadi chudu.

Almost all Americans including Desi Americans want H1b to be stopped. They can’t compete with third world slave labor for jobs. 
 

Without need to involve Congress, they made this plan to travel ban.

why will they backtrack if they want to win mid term elections? Atleast this travel ban will makeup for maga disappointment with Epstein, inflation other issues.
