this will not change, no matter how many clarifications they release.

ultimate goal to hire locals, satisfy maga, raise money for govt, etc are benefits for the country. Why will they backtrack?

you think they care about well being of h1 families or Indian economy, instead? 
Hell won’t come loose even if they ask all H1b to leave usa by end of this month, it will be a temporary shock and companies will adjust in few months.
