Are transfers impacted

As per the new memo and twitter post by White House Press Secretary most of the people are exempted and only new petitions are impacted. Renewals are not new petitions they are basically extension petitions so they are not impacted. But are transfers impacted? Transfers are technically new petitions from the sponsoring employer.

There is clarity on yesterdays news and todays clarification. But what really the administration wants to do and what the policy means, no one knows. A lot depends on the tarriff war. Let the negotiations happen, you will get clarity. Avoid travel until then, try not to worry and let things fall in place

Extension or change of employer has to go thru the same application process…including lca. Technically both r new petitions. But edi exempted from fee anedi inka clarity ledu. We will have to wait and see.

People I knew are genuinely tensed bro….even those who demonstrated huge levels of courage on earlier occasions are now in jeopardy…. Every thing is uncertain… especially students who are starting or already doing MS… they know their chances of getting job after MS are hard hit..

Memo states, the $100k vasool is applicable only for "PROPSPECTIVE PETETIONS". A transfer is essentially leveraging an APPROVED PETETION. It's NOT a new petition.

USCIS Memo lo text Prakaram clear. It's NOT grey. Proclamation lo text Prakaram aithe andhariki applicable. But adhi kavalani ala pettaru. Avasaraniki taggatu vadukovachu ani.

Every h1b extension/ transfer is considered a new petition . USCIS memo information conflicts with White House updates . Need to wait till next week

current H1B holders are not effected ani clear ga mentioned kadha.. why there is still confusion. Only effected are going through upcoming lottery..
