E new ane word ki actual meaning cheppali. Some people are saying new means even transfer comes into picture along with lottery

Generally that’s true, but in this one they mentioned renewals so we are safe.

Even for renewals it’s a new petition, with new LCA .

Mee ati tuttani denga....vadi Intension prati new gottam who comes to US must pay 100k rubabu to dump administration...the whole system will be revamped.... looking whether a new person entering US with H1B has already paid 100k or not....

So, existing transfers will not impact as you are already in US and paying taxes too..that 100k already paid by your taxes, Social security etc etc...

Only clarity needed is Opt to H1 impacted or not ante....

Just wait everyone existing in US will be safe...
