Oka 40 years of brainwash is now coming to an end…it helped an entire generation but like everything has an expiry date, the IT boom won’t last for long.

Its not talent, its training that created IT engineers and that phenomena is coming to an end.

What I heard is upto 15 LPA ranging with expereince from 4-12 years is not a problem at all...they are finding the jobs just like that on a Saturday Walk-in

But freshers and over 12-15 years of exp. people beraing the brunt.

TCS lo aithe 35-45 LPA range lo vunna vaallaki full gaa music anta ... istam vochinattu waaguthunnaaranta HRs...

But the numbers do not scale up kadha bro...millions of grads passing out every year..even if 10% of them are also meritorious, we need lakhs of new jobs to accommodate them..

UK and EU lo kooda inthe ley...just India ni anatam yendhuku... UK Grads are failing to get jobs even with an incentive like 50% salary reimbursement for MNCs (if they recruit Grad fresh out of the college)

Problem is not even 10% of them are interested in the subject they take.

Art ,sports lo talent unde vaadini poyi engineering,finance chey mante etla kudarthadi abba ,it's not even fault of people or parents but the country is at fault ,there is no proper base or jobs in other fields ,Yedho it outsourcing valla baaga salaries vastunnai ani andarni daantlo ki tarimesaaru.

Not sure why he got so much positive image, I heard very bad stories about him lot of times.

He does not like anyone suggesting him in meetings. One example of a British manager who got fired because he turned up late for his meeting...I am not saying turning up late is right but that happens kadha..

Since 2008 slow down, TCS's real colours came out

Until 1857, Tata family mainly marketed Chinese silk and finished goods from Britain to be sold in Indian market.

In an indirect way, Tata family helped the East India Company sell back the finished goods (after looting raw material from India) from Britain. This happened for several decades.

From 1857 when EIC was closed, the same Trading licenses are bought by TATAs and they even occupied EICs godowns to continue trade.
