I got about EU conditions. India not only supplying oil to EU, they are using that crude oil locally also. Do you know India almost stopped buying oil from middle east. Actual issue lies here only.

When u say middle east, India oil imports have been reduced from Iran and thy are now being replaced with Russian oil.
