I am a realtor in Pennsylvania, and I've noticed that townhome prices are decreasing here as well. We recently wrote a contract for a new townhome priced at $494,000 (originally $530,000). The interest rates are set at 1.99% for the first year, 2.99% for the second year, and 3.99% thereafter. Additionally, there is a $10,000 contribution for closing costs. This area is served by an excellent school district. Quote
