problem is that your aquisition team is not forwarding resumes from americans. they intentionally doing it. only h1 or ead resumes are coming to you. they are filtering based on relocation, availability, salary expectation, years of experience in same skill set, working in same role for how many years etc. so you won't get any resume with these filters.

go and post same position in dice, indeed etc. job site rather than linked in and direct to your manager. you will get hundreds of resumes.

exactly. this is what needed. lot of americans have mortagages. it is tough to relocate in this buyers market.

Once companies hesitate to hire then it's dead end, pay rate thakuva untey USC GC aath care theskuntaru and H1 will apply.

Adi evadikanna kashtame ga h1 with house ki kuda kastame but option leka ostaru..not all kwampanies give remote option right
