Story that I was told was Balayya got a security guard appointed from Orissa specifically for sacrifice purpose. He met an aghori tantric, who recommended he sacrifice a human, for him to get out of his career and other personal failures. 

The murder was covered up as a attempted robbery. Apparently the robber didn't steal much from the house. Baboru rushed  to the scene and  covered it up by shutting up RP Singh, who was later given some lucrative posts. 

This was when he got Balayya under his grip. Next episode was Bellamkondas. Because of these he has no option except to get Brahmani tied to MAALOKAM.
