That's basically "stealing" and betraying good faith. But then again, in large scheme of grand cheating schemes it's small one. Even then, that unpaid credit will give him visa issues, if he were to go abroad at some point of time. If he doesn't care, then he's good.

About 70% (last time I checked it's between 70-75%, so safe to say 70%), that means every 7 in 10 H1Bs are paid BELOW LEVEL III wages. That's definition of cheap.

To recover from a country like India is even tougher especially when you account for black and benam1 transactions.

Also, Tatah priority is offloading US debt into Crypto which is in trillions of dollars, and force opening Indian market which is worth billions, not chasing flies 😂
