psycopk Posted October 2 Report Posted October 2 YS Jagan Mohan Reddy: ఆ పని చేయకపోతే చంద్రబాబు చరిత్ర హీనుడుగా నిలిచిపోతారు: వైఎస్ జగన్ 02-10-2025 Thu 09:54 | Andhra చంద్రబాబుపై ఎక్స్ వేదికగా విమర్శలు గుప్పించిన వైఎస్ జగన్ ఆల్మట్టి విషయంలో చంద్రబాబు నిర్లక్ష్యంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారని ఆరోపణ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై ఎందుకు ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చి అడ్డుకోవడం లేదన్న వైఎస్ జగన్ ఆల్మట్టి డ్యామ్ ఎత్తు పెంపు ప్రక్రియపై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు నిర్లక్ష్యంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారని వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధినేత, మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి తీవ్రంగా విమర్శించారు. కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం డ్యామ్ నీటి నిల్వ సామర్థ్యాన్ని భారీగా పెంచేందుకు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నప్పటికీ, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ విషయంపై మౌనం వహించడాన్ని ఆయన ప్రశ్నించారు. ఈ మేరకు ఎక్స్ వేదికగా జగన్ మండిపడ్డారు. “రాష్ట్ర ప్రయోజనాలను పూర్తిగా గాలికొదిలేశారు చంద్రబాబు. ఆల్మట్టి ఎత్తు పెంపుతో సాగునీరు, తాగునీరు లేక అనేక ప్రాంతాలు ఎడారిలా మారే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. అయినా మీరు పట్టనట్టు వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు” అని విమర్శించారు. అయితే ఇది తొలిసారి కాదని ఆయన గుర్తు చేశారు. 1995–2004 మధ్య చంద్రబాబు అధికారంలో ఉన్న సమయంలోనే ఆల్మట్టి స్పిల్వే, గేట్ల నిర్మాణాలు పూర్తయ్యాయని, అప్పట్లో కేంద్రంలో ఉన్న ప్రభావాన్ని ఉపయోగించకపోవడాన్ని జగన్ తీవ్రంగా విమర్శించారు. కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం దూకుడుగా, చంద్రబాబు మాత్రం మౌనంగా? కర్ణాటక మంత్రివర్గం సెప్టెంబర్ 16న ఆల్మట్టి ఎత్తును 524.256 మీటర్లకు పెంచేందుకు అనుమతి ఇచ్చింది. ప్రస్తుతం డ్యామ్ సామర్థ్యం 129.72 టీఎంసీలు కాగా, దాన్ని 279.72 టీఎంసీలకు పెంచే ప్రణాళికను చేపట్టింది. ఇందుకోసం రూ.70 వేల కోట్లు వెచ్చించనున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. ఈ నిర్ణయం దక్షిణ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లోని అనేక జిల్లాలపై తీవ్ర ప్రభావం చూపనుందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. ఇలాంటి కీలక సమయంలో కేంద్రంలో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీకి ఉండే ప్రాధాన్యం ఉపయోగించుకుని, పనులు నిలిపివేయించేందుకు ఎందుకు ఒత్తిడి చేయడం లేదని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఎంపీల బలంపైనే కేంద్రం ఆధారపడి ఉన్నప్పుడు కేంద్రంపై ఒత్తిడి తేవడంలో అసమర్థత రాష్ట్రానికి తీరని నష్టాన్ని తెస్తుందని అన్నారు. కేడబ్ల్యూడీటీ 2పై వాదనలు బలహీనంగా ఉన్నాయని ఆరోపణ కృష్ణా జలాల వివాదంపై విచారిస్తున్న కృష్ణా జలాల పంపిణీ ట్రిబ్యునల్ (కేడబ్ల్యూడీటీ-2)లో రాష్ట్రం తరఫున వాదనలు బలహీనంగా ఉన్నాయని కూడా జగన్ విమర్శించారు. “75 శాతం నీటి లభ్యత ఆధారంగా కేటాయింపులు జరిగితే, రాష్ట్రానికి తీవ్ర నష్టం తప్పదు. దీనిపై ప్రభుత్వం సకాలంలో చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం లేదు” అని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. అయితే, 2023లో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలో ఉండగా ట్రైబ్యునల్ ముందు పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసిన విషయాన్ని ఆయన గుర్తు చేశారు. కానీ ఇప్పుడున్న చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం న్యాయపోరాటాన్ని సమర్థవంతంగా కొనసాగించడం లేదని ఆరోపించారు. చంద్రబాబు ఇప్పటికైనా మేలుకొని కేంద్రంలో ఎంపీల సంఖ్యాపరంగా ఉన్న బలాన్ని ఉపయోగించుకొని కేంద్రంపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకురావాలని సూచించారు. ఆల్మట్టి ఎత్తు పెంపును అడ్డుకోవడంతో పాటు కేడబ్ల్యూడీటీ 2 విచారణపై దృష్టి సారించి సమర్థవంతమైన వాదనలు వినిపించాలని, లేకుంటే భావితరాల మనసుల్లో చరిత్రహీనులుగా మిగిలిపోతారని ఘాటుగా విమర్శించారు.
