On a serious note, miss spending time with parents, miss social life. Its a different vibe there. 

What I gained - Health (Food is more scrutinized here vs india, Less polluted). Quality of life. I rarely get annoyed due to external factors. In our country that would be every day.

For my skillset of an average data engineer, I could not have earned an independent house and a good car in India. Aa skillset ki india lo 2 bed apt and swift car with month end ki no money.

If you are smart/business savvy then maybe india is also good but average candidates ki ikkada better.

Do not miss India at all except for parents, my niece and nephew. 

Many positives - lack of traffic, clean air, beautiful scenery, well maintained national parks respected by local citizens.

Sometimes when I go for a walk around my neighborhood - I have to pinch myself - to believe that I live here and get to experience such healthy and pretty surroundings.

 

Any negatives are all self-inflicted - naa baddhakam, lack of initiative. Almost every negative that happened in my life here in the US was paved with my own hands. Cannot really complain about anything.

Nenu aithe 10 years of NA lo dhaka 3 crores tho lands konna. Okka 50 lakhs worth gold konna. Oka 30 lakhs Stocks konna. RE&GOLD returns appear high, stocks barely floating. Canadian citizenship undhi, so free mobility😎. Not tied to employer.  inko three projects ongoing unnayi, another 2.5-3 crore. Avi avagane windup. Realistically speaking another 5 years and then "gone with the wind".
