Almost every company requires employees to start using AI. New goals are being added, like "How are you using AI at work and automating your day-to-day work?". 1 Quote

Working as contractor (Senior Dev & Tech Lead) in one of the big public sectors of the UK. Recently joined. The perm employees of the Organisation (who are other wise called as Civil servants) are given everything to get set to use AI. Obviously as Sarkari naukris, most of them do not know how to use, BUT a good number of them are really mastering everything including the CODING - which is worrying me. They are even questioning every aspect of programming. Not ready to take whatever suggestions/recommendations developers are giving.. I remember 5 years ago, most of them do not know even how to handle CSV sheets.. definitely worrying.. 1 Quote

And even more dangerous thing: before AI, a senior Scala/Haskell developer was offered £600-£700 a day but now the rates are dropped... the reason? The existing programmers of CapG, Accenture & CGI are encourgaed to learn new PLs using AI tools. The rates have now dropped to £350-400 Quote

Teluguredu Posted October 7 Report Posted October 7 Best for freshers is to go to research side. A.I/Ml researchers from top schools are being paid on the same levels as highest paid doctor like derm, neuro, ortho in the u.s. Or try to work on A.I related projects before A.I field gets saturated. 1 Quote
