You're not getting the point here...

If caught in act they must be prosecuted, period. But how can entrapment be legal ??

Moral policing without crime happening ki I am full against. Let it really happen then you prosecute.

Ee moral policing is like some movie ..where you expect a crime to happen based on socio-economic factors and pre detain the person. If this logic is applied free will is not there for humanity and our destiny dictated by algorithms which predicted our thoughts and hamper us.

Did they caught him in sec act ? NO!! Who knows if he commits the sex act ? May be he thought if both are adults having this fetish and having sex by dressing as kids..that kind of fetish exits in real...may be he chickens out after seeing the girl...may be he chickens out after seeing her undressing...

 

Lot of unknowns now...no crime happened but thinking the crime will happen and detaining him ?? It's entrapment and I am fully against it.
