Personality evolves/changes over a period of time. Be yourself. If you try to be someone you are not, it's easily noticeable and awkward. Make small improvements that are easily achievable.

Not possible, you may get by acting in a few situations and cases or in new new circles, but your inner psyche will start creating troubles when you're in presence of other people that know you as an introvert.

Ultimately no one gives a doddi about anyone, it's a waste of time and effort trying something superficial unless the desired result is also superficial like one night stands or something temporary like that. (aka aging like fresh milk)

After a while you will understand that people are selfish and its always about how rich, thin, kind and great personality they are. The sooner you get this, the sooner you will just want to do what it (your body) can take and just rest remainder of the time (aka aging like fine wine).
