Visa appointment book chestunte e error vastundi “warning the confirmation for your transaction is still pending” ani !

 

tried paying with upi and neft , both giving same error 

 

tried clearing cache , incognito and even called visa scheduling help !

not able to proceed with payment at all ! Anyone have any idea
