You are right that laws are leaning towards women in India.

However there are sometimes real victims on the women's side as well.

I don't know the story from both sides. So I can't say husband or wife is victim in both the above cases.

What's true is the fact that it's extremely difficult to care for autistic children as a single mom (Even if the husband is financially supporting.)

just for my understanding, can you explain it what way it is better care here in US compared in India? May be treatment is better here in US but you may get better help there in India.

There are many therapies, programs  and environment of overall autism thing is better than India.
