I have severe allergies during pollen season. A lot of people in my office know about this. I look miserable. Most people suggested this to me. Some suggested a once a year vaccine. It has steroids. Works effective but has side effects. I tried the more natural vaccine where they inject the seasonal pollen into you. Did not work for me. 
I settled for Neti pot, steam, olbas oil (soothing but does not treat)

Manuka honey is good for wound healing. Otherwise, its health benefits are grossly exaggerated, and certainly aren't worth the cost.

That is cheap. Oriignal honey naa patha office lo oka executive techadu. Very expensive anta kada. Some multiple thousands cheppinattu gurtu. I think WSJ or Business Insider video kuda chesinattu gurtu aa rojullo.
