L1 will be severely exploited by desi companies, especially the candidate will cry about the lifestyle here vs India. Better not to come to US and do work offshore as much as possible

NRIs ki real estate boom in india ki relation ledhu bro.. remittances adhey flow lo vuntayi.. verey deshalaki pampistaru ..canada ki .. inka other near shore ki .. h1b assam ayina farak padadhu..

NRIs are not sending money back esp to buy Real Estate. In fact if H1b are forced to go back, high end villa prices may go up. I see RE prices to be stagnant for a while until they appear cheap and value for money.

The recent H1B 100k filing rule could have a significant impact on the Andhra and Telangana real estate markets. As more skilled professionals from these regions secure opportunities in the U.S., there is likely to be a rise in NRI investments back home. Many tech professionals prefer investing their earnings in residential and commercial properties in cities like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam. This increased NRI interest could drive property demand, appreciation, and development projects. To attract such investors, real estate website designers play a key role by creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and informative property portals that simplify remote property browsing and investment decisions.

Remittances from the West, especially from US and UK to India (especially to Amaravathi side) had already gone down...so much so that many Kommas are waiting the prices to go up and sell off all the sh!t they had..

and get that money back into USD, GBP and EUR...
