APNRT Icon building in the capital city of Amaravati was conceived as a lasting monument showcasing contributions of Nonresident Telugus living all over the world. The building was to provide high quality office space, exquisite residential suites and much needed high end retail spaces in the heart of the Governmental district in the capital city of Amaravati.

Government of Andhra Pradesh allotted 5.58 Acres of high-quality land in the government district adjacent to the central park (Half a KM wide and 6 KM long) close to the People’s Plaza, Secretariat, Assembly, Quarters for MLAs, Ministers and Hon. CM as well as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh. We believe that this location will become the heartbeat of future Amaravati over the next few years.

Majority of the units in this project were sold out at the time of its offering in 2019. Due to design improvements, expansion of the scope to comply with urban design requirements of CRDA, a few units have become available and are being offered to NRIs (NRIs only) now. We will have mostly residential and retail but also have a few commercial units (office space). Construction has been initiated and sub-surface works are in progress.

Size of Units	Mostly around 5000 sq ft
Cost	Rs. 8000 / Sq ft (with a proposal for reimbursement of Rs. 1500 at a later time with the initiation of Phase II of the project — expected in 2028). Total cost around Rs. 3 to 4 Cr.
Retail Units	Available at 1000 Sq ft each at Rs. 12,500 / Sq ft.

Bangalore lo BTM layout, E-City and Pune outskirts lo Hinjewadi, Pimpri-Chinchwada, Gurgaon and Noida lo kooda zero development….

that real estate boom, 10x cost reduction for Western MNCs, IT industry seeing 300-400% growth YoY….

those dimensions and figures are unrealistic these days…

150 crores population. GDP growth 6% with worst infrastructure.
There is plenty of room to grow. You just need to provide avenues , facilities and support. Central government has no sensible policy to help AP development.
