I dont see point in crying. $15 billon coming to andhra is not small. Assuming  locals not having skillset. There will indirectly provide jobs and boom will be created. I see this as net positive. Eco system lauda story tharvatha vasthayi.

Financial companies want to be close to a data center since speeds are highers. You don't have to live by a data center, as long as you are close enough, you will get finance related infrastructure.
