HugoStrange Posted October 16 Report Posted October 16 Data Centers are two types for big tech companies Own - they hire a General Contractor like L&T to build, have a Skelton crew from their side to manage the contractor and take it Lease - it will be someone else’s Data Center like QTS, Aligned or Vamtage who build the DC by hiring a Contractor and rent/Lease from the owner for long term. Either way there is not much difference if it’s Lease or Built. If Google themselves build there is more chances of building more. But as it’s already a huge campus, there is less chance of expanding. Quote
