If a person is not dependent on visas and is able to reasonably complete his work then I see no issues in doing multiple jobs (non- govt). Many public and private companies today lack real ethics — they can fire employees without cause or push them into PIPs just to avoid paying severance (as seen with Amazon, Microsoft, and other FAANG companies). So, if organizations themselves don’t uphold their own employee handbooks or act ethically, why shouldn’t individuals prioritize their own interests as well?

I don’t see people stop doing multiple jobs as long as remote option is available.

Yeh makes sense. Everyone has their preferences. I respect that. 
I am only talking from GOVT perspective. They will have our balls in future. They will squeeze when needed to. 
What we post on social media is also important going forward.
