The neighborhood is among the top neighborhoods. But is 30 miles from downtown and low jobs compared to Tampa. Can you please suggest good communities and neighborhoods in Tampa? Quote

Land O' Lakes is good .. i have a friend living there and everything is fine, Lutz is another place but it is too crowded so better Land O' Lakes .. BTW where in St Johns area bro Quote

Yes, Ironwood and Celestina are in Jacksonville, the 300k 1800 sqft townhome by lennar is available in Shearwater community, close to Silver landing. People have bought the same plan for 350-370k during 2022-2024 and is being sold for 304-308k now. I am exploring for such deals in Tampa area as Tampa job market is much bigger than Jacksonville`s. 1 Quote

Thanks for the suggestion anna. All my extended family is located in Florida. So, planning to buy a starter home/townhome in the next one year as I see correction in the housing market, around 300k and 20 percent down so that my EMI equals my rent. Open to relocate to other places for jobs in the future. Quote
